  3.             OBTAINING REPLACEMENT DISKS

  5.  Usually you receive one of the following messages if
  6.  you have a bad disk:

  8.     "General failure error reading drive..."
  9.     "Sector not found.."
  10.     "CRC error..."
  11.     "Bad sector..."
  12.     "Unrecoverable read error..."
  13.     "Address mark not found..."
  14.  
  15.  To check your disks, use the DISKCOPY command to copy the
  16.  entire disk. DISKCOPY reports any bad sectors. (See your
  17.  DOS manual.) To order a replacement for a defective disk,
  18.  call Technical Support at 1-319-395-7314. Within 30 days
  19.  of purchase, we replace disks free. After this, contact
  20.  Technical Support for prices.
